By accessing or using the Paradigm platform ("Service"), operated by Paradigm Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Paradigm is an AI-powered platform that provides:

- Automated outreach and follow-up capabilities

- Analytics and performance tracking
- Template creation and management tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing and Billing
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits that are consumed when you use certain features (e.g., lead enrichment, email generation). Pricing and credit costs are displayed on our website and may change at any time. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any errors or issues with payment processing.
5.3 Refunds
All sales are final. Credits purchased are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Unused credits do not expire but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
5.4 Subscription Plans
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and materials, is owned by Paradigm Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. - Use, reproduce, and process Your Content to provide the Service
- Store and backup Your Content on our servers
- Use Your Content to improve our AI models and Service quality (in anonymized form)
6.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools (e.g., enriched lead data, personalized emails) is provided "as-is" for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to the Service (including lead data) complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and that you have the necessary rights and consents to process such data.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL PARADIGM INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
- Maximum Liability: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paradigm Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) Your Content.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Use the Service in a manner that could harm us or other users
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. If this arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paradigm Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent.
